Whatever brought you to Las Vegas, chances are you’re looking to have a good time. And it’s easy to find. When you’re ready to get the party started with an energized dining experience designed specifically to satisfy your team, head to one of these dynamic restaurants offering the ideal atmosphere, great food and great service and the ideal atmosphere for your big evening.
At Resorts World, the Zouk Group has built a nightlife district in the southeast corner of the lavish new property, where Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub are clustered around other fun and lively venues. FUHU (702.676.7740) is the go-to restaurant here, whether you’re gathering for an epic pre-club meal or indulging in a Saturday brunch. Avant-garde Asian-inspired decor sets the tone, and sharing plates like miso cod tacos, chili-glazed fried chicken and fried tiger prawns lead you down a colorful culinary path. Opt for king crab tempura, Boston lobster noodles, sizzling New York strip loin and duck fried rice, and you’ll be well fueled for the next stop on the Strip.
To Mayfair Supper Club (702.693.8876) at the Bellagio, the show is integrated with the dining experience, which means you don’t have to travel to multiple venues to have amazing cocktails and food, large-scale music production, and a clubby environment ready for dancing later in the evening. Mayfair does it all and has a great view of the Bellagio fountains. But you’ll pay the same attention to what’s on your plate, with luxurious creations like the roll of wagyu beef and caviar, the pan-fried foie gras with mashed stone fruits, the prime rib of beef in a garlic crust with fresh horseradish, Maine Thermidor lobster and whole Dover sole. In Mayfair, the food is just as memorable as the entertainment.
Many Vegas visitors (and locals, too) start their night out with a throwback to the newly reopened Palms Casino, and the energy center of this off-the-Strip spot is the royal Scotch 80 Prime Steak House (866.942.7780). The restaurant’s design is both classic and modern, and each table and booth has its own level of intimacy that makes you feel special. And the menu hits all the right notes, from stellar seafood spins and perfect Caesar salads to your favorite cut of wood-grilled steaks and chops served with all the trimmings. Discover signatures like the chip-crusted giant crab cakes and “Millionaire’s Maccheroni” pasta with prosciutto, black truffle, poached egg and Parmigiano-Reggiano cream sauce. Decadence makes sense at Scotch 80.
Vibe restaurants also exist in Summerlin. La Neta Cocina Y Lounge (702.476.5484) has taken over the north end of the Downtown Summerlin complex, drawing daytime and nighttime crowds for rowdy Sunday brunches, happy hour get-togethers in the expansive bar and lounge, and fun dinner parties for birthdays and bachelor or bachelorette parties. Taste different flavors with draft margaritas and pass platters of paella, chili-braised barbacoa prime rib and seared branzino as you toast to whatever the night has in store.
