The information site, identified as TMZ, reported that Simpson was “belligerent” and damaged property and shattered glass, prompting him to be banned from the property. LaVergne noted racial bias on the part of hotel officials as the reasoning behind the false claims.

Simpson, now 73, has vehemently denied all of the allegations.

Cosmopolitan lawyers have dismissed the lawsuits, arguing that Simpson’s reputation is impossible to defame due to his high-profile murder trial against his ex-wife, Nicole simpson, in 1995. They also noted his last civil trial, conviction and imprisonment in Nevada in an armed robbery case in 2007.

Yahoo! New reports that Simpson is currently on parole after serving nine years for armed robbery, kidnapping and assault with a weapon.
