Hanukkah, the eight-day Jewish festival of light, begins Sunday at sunset and continues through December 6. A number of restaurants in the valley prepare special dishes to celebrate the holiday. Here is some:

Bagelmania, The 252 Convention Center Drive offers Hanukkah dishes in single servings, $ 24.95, or a family feast that serves eight to 10, $ 224.95. Dinners include a choice of brisket with gravy or half a roast chicken in the single serving, or a brisket with gravy and half a roast chicken in the feast, plus a matzo ball soup, potato latkes, sautéed green beans, glazed carrots, challah buns and holiday desserts. Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca at the Green Valley Ranch in Henderson will have a special Hanukkah menu for dinner and take out Sunday through December 6.
