A man has been accused of raping a woman in a Las Vegas hotel room on his wedding day, and his new wife insists she is by his side.
Omar Delaney, 35, of Fircrest in Tacoma, Wash., Was arrested on the morning of April 20, the same day he was due to marry another woman.
He is charged with three counts of sexual assault and one count of obscenity.
When DailyMail.com asked for comment on Facebook, bride Tamara Rojas, now known by her bride name Tamara Delaney, said she was standing alongside her husband.
The couple appear to be happily married in Facebook posts on both of their profiles.
‘I’m happy to tell you everything after the track [sic]. She verbally consented and lies. And yes, I am always by my husband’s side, ”she added.

Delaney, along with his bride-to-be and other wedding assistants, stepped out to see things on the evening of April 19, the day before their wedding.
The wedding party visited stops on Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip, according to details of a police report published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
A woman says she arrived in Las Vegas on the same date as the wedding party.
She said she had had three glasses of vodka during the evening and that Delaney offered to walk her back to her room at the Luxor to make sure she got home safely.
She says she felt “drunk” but didn’t feel out of control and remained conscious the entire time.
When they returned to her bedroom, Delaney allegedly followed her into the room, committed a sexual act on her and raped her.
A key to his accuser’s room was later found by police in Delaney’s hotel room.
Delaney reportedly said he didn’t want to talk to detectives until he spoke to a lawyer.

Delaney’s accuser statement detailed his alleged actions. The Luxor’s key files and surveillance video were obtained by the police.
DNA evidence was also gathered during their investigation, according to 8NewsNow.
Delaney went ahead and married his fiancee, Rojas, on April 21, just hours after his incarceration at the Clark County Detention Center.
He was released after posting $ 10,000 bail earlier today.
Dulaney has a Las Vegas hearing scheduled for July 26.
