Construction begins on the $550 million Dream Las Vegas hotel in the United States

Dream Hotel Group has started the construction of the $550 million Dream Las Vegas hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Located at 5051 S Las Vegas Blvd, across from Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali Hai Golf Club, the new lifestyle hotel and casino will feature 531 guest rooms and suites, a 20,000 square foot casino and game room, as well as 12,000 square feet of meeting and event rooms. space.

Scheduled to open in late 2024, the 20-story luxury hotel is being developed in partnership with real estate companies, Shopoff Realty Investments and Contour.

The hotel design was provided by Nebraska-based architectural firm DLR Group, while AvroKo, Rockwell Group and DLR Interiors will provide interior design.

McCarthy Building Companies was appointed as the design-build contractor for the project.

The hotel’s contemporary design will include a glass and metal facade, oversized windows, spacious double-height terraces and rounded corners, as well as an “aerodynamic character influenced by its context”.

Its design will feature a varied combination of spectacular locations distributed vertically across rooftop terraces and terraces.

The hotel will have seven dining and nightlife venues, including two bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor; resort pool and day club on third floor; a bar in the lobby, an artisan café-café and a gelateria on the ground floor; a boutique nightclub, sports club, signature restaurant and 24-hour restaurant on the third floor.

It offers a fitness center by TechnoGym, a 5,000 square foot ballroom, a 90-seat live entertainment theater, a game room, and 825 dedicated on-site parking spaces.

Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E) will lead the hotel’s casino and gaming operations.

The project is expected to create 4,000 new direct and indirect jobs during the construction phase.
