For those who don’t want to cook this Christmas, several restaurants in Las Vegas serve a variety of dishes ranging from festive cuisine to fine dining.
All special meals are offered exclusively on December 25, unless otherwise specified.
Ferraro Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will have special dinner menus from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The restaurant will also be offering their traditional dinner menus on these days.
The Christmas Day menu is $ 88 per person.
The first course is one of the following: Agnolotti & Risotto Milanese, Carpaccio & Burrata, Salsiccia & Polpette. A second course is one of the following: Ferraro or Parmigiano Reggiano Salad, Four Leaf Balsamic Vinaigrette, Zuppa del Giorno.
A third dish is the choice of Porchetta: Roasted pork roll, polenta, rapini, half rosemary; Lasagne alla Gino: bolognese sauce, bÃ©chamel sauce, ricotta, tomato sauce; Coniglio Brasato: Hermi Farms braised rabbit, soft polenta, roasted mushrooms; Veal saltimbocca: Veal cutlets, prosciutto, mozzarella, sage, half.
A fourth course is the Panettone Bread Pudding.
ONE Steakhouse will celebrate the holidays with a prime rib dinner, available exclusively on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas restaurant.
A 20-ounce cut of prime rib roast will be seasoned with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fresh rosemary, then finished with ONE Steakhouse’s signature steak salt mix. Side dishes include butter-braised marbled potatoes, herb jus and creamy horseradish. Dinner is $ 74.
The ONE Steakhouse’s full menu will also be available, including seasonal dishes.
World restaurants in Las Vegas
Dawg House Saloon & Sportsbook
A $ 35 holiday dish served from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. includes: Boneless ham steak with orange marmalade frosting, southern greens and mashed red potatoes.
A five-course holiday menu served from 5.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. will consist of: a combination of Vietnamese spring rolls with shrimp, crispy peking duck skin and foie gras; Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Alaskan Crab Meat in Supreme Broth; sweet and sour crispy Kurobuta pork; Wonton Penang “Konlo” and BBQ pork noodles; combination of tropical fruits, chilled mango cream, pomelo and sago. The cost per person is $ 138.
The $ 125 Holiday Special from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. includes: Black Hawk Wagyu Prime Rib with furikake tempura green bean, celeriac purÃ©e with wasabi, black garlic au jus and crÃ¨me fraÃ®che with yuzu kosho
A three-course meal priced at $ 47.99 includes: choice of lobster bisque or The Kitchen Caesar salad; Holiday prime rib au jus, au gratin potato, crispy Brussels sprouts, bacon and apple gastric; chocolate chestnut tart, cranberry coulis and whipped cream
VIVA! by Chef Ray Garcia
A three-course, family-style holiday meal for $ 79 served from 5 to 10:30 p.m. consists of: PiÃ±a Asada and Mushroom Tetelas; Entrecote in ancho crust, crispy fingerling potatoes, wood-roasted Brussels sprouts, arroz and frijoles; Camote and churros pastel.
Wally’s wines and spirits
A holiday dish at $ 95 will be available from 8 a.m. to midnight: Tournedos rossini, foie gras, madeira oxtail reduction, truffled potato millefeuille and truffle shavings.
Guy Savoie Restaurant
A prestige fixed-price Christmas menu, priced at $ 445 per person, includes Guy Savoy favorites such as foie gras au torchon, wild Atlantic sea bass, spaghetti and mussels with saffron, artichokes and black truffle, venison fillet, Japanese A5 wagyu beef, black truffle brie and more. The menu will be offered on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Wynn and Encore Restaurants
Enjoy Christmas classics with holiday specials including lamb ossobuco served with parmesan risotto and baked pasta with prosciutto cotto, fontina cheese, spinach, rose sauce and parmesan. Allegro’s full a la carte menu will be available to guests.
The Wynn Las Vegas buffet will provide the ultimate Christmas treat for $ 74.99 per person which includes cooked-to-order meals such as steamed crab legs with white wine butter blanc; lobster claws from the cold seafood station; prime rib, bone-in ham and lacquered duck from the cutting station; and a selection of seasonal sweets and desserts.
In addition to its full Ã la carte menu, Jardin will offer a three-course fixed-price $ 75 menu on Christmas Day. Guests can choose between roasted chestnut soup starters with black truffle crÃ¨me fraÃ®che, hazelnut butter croutons and herbs or scallop crudo with blood orange brodo; entrees include Fresno pepper and basil oil and a butter roasted prime rib with whipped potatoes, greens, wild mushrooms and creamy horseradish; or lobster pie with Maine lobster, marbled potatoes, globe carrots and lobster cream. For dessert, it’s an edible Christmas ball made from white chocolate mousse, fresh berry compote and vanilla sponge cake.
Edge of the lake
Enjoy the view and get into the holiday spirit with Christmas menu specials like Kanpachi crudo served with black truffle, citrus aioli, ninja radish and fried shallots; risotto with white truffle, Grana Padano cheese and roasted chicken jus; wild sea bass with Lyonnais potatoes with truffle and lobster sauce in red wine; and Surf’n’Turf, a six-ounce New York Strip and Maine lobster tail from Snake River Farms with duchess potatoes, port onions and a Bordeaux truffle sauce. Guests will be able to order from the Lakeside’s full a la carte menu.
In addition to Sinatra’s full a la carte menu, a prix fixe Christmas menu will feature Raviolo, a ravioli filled with lobster and scallops with coral emulsion and micro chervil; Capriolo, a Wellington venison loin served with chive mashed potatoes and a casserole of green beans; and Cioccaloto, a light milk chocolate mousse with hazelnut, crunchy and cream and chocolate sponge cake. The three-course prix fixe menu is available for $ 105 per person, excluding drinks, taxes and tips.
Celebrate Christmas with special dishes in addition to the full a la carte menu. Festive dishes include white truffle ravioli with sheep’s milk ricotta and parmesan shavings; rosemary-mustard-crusted prime rib with beef tallow popovers, horseradish potatoes and pepper jus; and sticky caramel Bavarian pudding with vanilla ice cream and rum butter sauce.
Tableau will offer special Christmas Day brunches, including duck rillette with pickled vegetables, red wine mustard and a side of country bread; Short Rib Benedict braised in red wine and served with an artisanal English muffin, two poached eggs, Tableau potatoes and a chive hollandaise sauce; and a special Christmas dessert. Tableau will offer its full a la carte menu.
Pointe CafÃ© Terrace
In addition to its full Ã la carte menu, the restaurant will offer Christmas specialties such as Christmas panettone French toast served with mascarpone cream and aged bourbon maple syrup; Short Rib Benedict on Brioche Bread with Pepper Hollandaise Sauce and Crispy Leeks; and eggnog cheesecake crumble topped with salted caramel pistachios.
